In 2014, we realized it would be to our client’s advantage to add mail and package services on site. We already had a going business providing these services but it was down the street. It made sense to combine the two businesses into one. We rolled up our sleeves and started receiving, forwarding, and holding packages.
It wasn’t glamorous, but it was personal—family members sorting envelopes, chatting with clients, providing a service to allow them to avoid “the porch pirates”. That grew into Bounce, our app-based pickup service for packages and even storage for traveler’s luggage. From books to boxes and luggage, we were becoming their Reno hub.
