On Tuesday’s each week, I do a show called What’s the Story?/Book Hound. As I like to say, “It’s about the story”. This week, we have an awesome guest. I hope you can join us on What's the Story?/Book Hound on Tuesday between 3-5 p.m. Pacific time on What's the Story? Facebook Page. In Reno, you can listen on KFOY 1060 AM or on the Tune In App, search for America Matters Media.
Special guest, Darin Gaub, MS, is a proud 4th generation Montanan who enlisted in the US Army in 1991 and was assigned to the United States Army’s Presidential Honor Guard in Fort Myer, Virginia. He later joined the Montana Army National Guard in Billings, Montana while working on his bachelor’s degree in Bozeman.
He graduated from Montana State University in 1998 and began a career as an Army Aviation Officer. He spent one year in South Korea, one deployment to North Africa, four deployments to Afghanistan, and one deployment to Central and Eastern Europe.
He retired in August 2019 out of Fort Carson, Colorado and returned home. Upon retirement he became the Montana State Coordinator for all Army Military Funeral Honors but resigned that position to direct Restore Liberty nationwide. He has been married for 27 years and has two adult children.
Darin is active in conservative grassroots efforts across the country, is the Executive Director for Restore Liberty, serves as the Lewis and Clark County Republican Central Committee Chairman, and lives in Helena, Montana.
Christina Schwanke, Republican Chair of Storey County will be on also. She has been active in the cause of election integrity and introduced me to Darin.
We always have a word of the day and a Book Blitz. It’s a 2 hour show, so we’ll share that in the 2nd hour. Hope you can join us. We have a good time and share good information.
