In addition to the mail services we provided beginning in 2014, we also offered a Virtual Office to small biz owners, especially field workers like contractors and solopreneurs who said: “We need you to answer our phones when we’re knee-deep in work!” And we did. Monday to Friday, 8:30-5, our family team picks up with a friendly “Hello”—no robots, just us.
Whether it’s full-time or lunch-break backup, we are their voices. Real voices, not automation. Customers tell us they love talking to a “real person”. Our motto: “Your business is our business”. Personal service, 25 years strong.
